The Wisdom Within

The School runs four terms a year with start dates along the lines of the education system school terms. Enrolments for our next introductory course starting on Tuesday February 11 and 13 are now open. Both online and onsite options are available so enrol now! See details below.

All you need is a sincere spirit of inquiry, and an open mind. This is not academic philosophy, and no previous study is required. 

The course costs $100 for the term and runs for 9 sessions / weeks. Onsite sessions run for approximately 2 hours, and online sessions for 1.5 hours. 

To help us manage enrolment numbers, please enrol online before enrolments close.  When attending courses, please arrive onsite, or online with sufficient time before the courses are scheduled to start. NB: onsite courses may be subject to cancellation due to Covid-19 level restrictions.

Principles of Conduct

Returning Students

Returning Students are very welcome to apply to rejoin School of Philosophy courses.
Simply email us at info@philosophy.nz giving your name and address. Our email response will give you details of: the recommended next course; start dates; and fees. Any information you give us is confidential and only used to update our past student database.

Enrolments for our online course are now open. The course will commence at 7:30 PM on February 13, 2025.

Enrolments for our onsite course at Mt Eden are open. The course runs from 7:30 to 9:45 PM, including a tea break, on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 27 Esplanade Rd, with onsite parking available.
